These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lumisca.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Skin Project Pvt. Ltd. ("Skin Project", "Lumisca", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

1. Our products

Lumisca garments are made to order. Each piece is cut, stitched, and finished after your order is placed. Slight variations in colour, weave, and hand-finishing are inherent to natural and cellulose fibres and are part of the character of the cloth, not defects.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless a local currency is displayed at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery. Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a genuine error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Taxes, duties & customs

For international orders, the price at checkout may not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes (including VAT or GST) applied by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable to the carrier or local authority on or before delivery.

4. Shipping

Orders are produced and dispatched as described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated production and delivery times are given in good faith and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange policy. Nothing in these Terms affects any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence, including any right to cancel a distance purchase within an applicable cooling-off period.

6. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping or harvesting data, or interfering with its operation — and not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, designs, prints, logos, and the Sunveil™ mark — is owned by or licensed to Skin Project and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

9. Content you submit

Any content you submit (for example, product reviews) must be lawful, accurate, and non-infringing, and must not be defamatory, obscene, or offensive. We may edit or remove content that breaches these Terms.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the Site, you agree to that policy.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, India shall have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and remedies available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
