Shipping — India to the World

Every Lumisca piece is made to order. When you place your order, our studio begins: your garment is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in small batches in India, then sent to you anywhere in the world with full tracking. Not taken from a shelf — made for you.

Your order timeline

Made to order: 5–7 business days in our studio.
In transit: 5–10 business days by express courier.
Most international orders arrive within about two weeks of being placed. You will receive tracking the moment your piece is dispatched.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide via express courier. Destinations available to you are shown at checkout, and prices display in your local currency where supported.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises after.

Duties & import taxes

International orders may attract import duties and taxes levied by your destination country. These are set by local law, payable by the customer, and are not included in the price shown at checkout. Your courier will advise any amount due at the time of delivery. If a package is refused or returned because duties were left unpaid, the resulting costs are non-refundable.

Payment

All orders are prepaid at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Your address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate — once a piece is dispatched it cannot be redirected. If you spot an error after ordering, write to us immediately at admin@lumisca.co.

If your package hasn't arrived

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, write to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will take it up with the courier. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, reach out and we will investigate.
